A very dark folktale with some lovely descriptions but, as is the case with modern trilogies, more the first third of a longer novel than a self-contained story.

I like to read books. Mainly novels, but you might catch me with non-fiction once in a while. I read so many books that I forget which ones I've enjoyed so, since 2001, I’ve written short reviews of all the books I’ve read, and given each one a grade.
